Pet Policy
We welcome all your furry friends at University Village at Charlotte! There is a $400 fee (non-refundable) for the first pet and $200 fee (non-refundable) for the second pet. Pet rent is $35 per month, per pet, along with an annual $30 pet screening, per pet. Please contact our leasing office to learn more about our pet policy and how we can accommodate your lovely pet!
